Calls. Calls are recorded so the reporters get it right. Recordings are erased the same night, after the paper is set. Written notes of each call stay on this machine until the show closes, only to fix problems, then they are erased.

What runs. What you approve runs in the paper and on this site under your call number and the name you chose. Off-the-record calls, pieces held under the house rules and withdrawn pieces are never shown.

Writing in. A piece written on this site or sent by email is kept like a call. An email address you give is used only to send or show your manage link, and is erased after the show.

Calling from this site. A call from your browser is a call like any other: the same recording, the same erasure. Your microphone is used only while you are on the line.

Who processes it. Calls and pieces are processed by OpenAI, which may keep its own logs for up to 30 days. Email and this site pass through Cloudflare.

Changing your mind. Use your manage link, or write to [email protected] with your call number and name. A printed copy cannot be recalled from the binder.
